Adam Woodyatt says taking part in Ian Beale in ‘EastEnders’ “cannot have been simple” for his children.
The 54-year-old actor admitted his two youngsters – son Sam, 25, and daughter Jessie, 29, who he shares along with his ex spouse Beverley Sharp – “should have gotten some stick” throughout their college days amid his 36 years of taking part in the Albert Sq. businessman.
He’s quoted by the Day by day Star newspaper as saying: “You would need to ask them how going by way of college with Ian Beale as their father was. It may’t have been simple for them.
“I did truly apologise for them as soon as once I picked up an award. They should have gotten some stick in school.”
Adam – who final appeared on the BBC One cleaning soap in 2021 – has been working arduous on new initiatives like starring within the West Finish musical ‘My Truthful Girl’.
